The English version of this agreement (hereinafter referred to as “Refund Policy”) is considered the only current and valid version of this Refund Policy. Any translated version is provided for your convenience, to facilitate reading and understanding of this English version. Any translated versions are not legally binding and cannot replace this English version. In case of disagreement or conflict, the English language of this Refund Policy shall prevail.

STANDARD REFUND TERMS

Courses purchased from Your Legal Career Coach (hereinafter referred to as ‘YLCC’) may only be refunded on the basis of the below-mentioned: 

• Full refund: Full refund shall only be made before receiving the YLCC Questionnaire via email or 03 (three) days after the registration, whichever is earlier. 

• 80% refund: 80% refund shall only be made if the student has received the YLCC Questionnaire via email and has submitted the response over email within 48 hours of receiving the Questionnaire but the Mentorship is delayed beyond 03 (three) weeks from YLCC’s end without prior notice. For the purpose of this clause, the Three Weeks duration shall only be counted from the date of receiving the response from the student.
• No refund: No refund, either partial or in any other form can be claimed by the student under any other circumstances except the above-mentioned. 

Note: The above-mentioned Standard Refund Terms shall be in accordance with the YLCC’s Terms of Use.

Note: Some courses have different requirements for a refund associated with them, including some courses that are not eligible for a refund under any circumstance. Please see below for refund terms applicable to such courses:

COURSES AVAILABLE FOR REFUND UNDER STANDARD TERMS

• PPO Ready Growthcamp
• Holistic GrowthCamp for Law Students
• Interview Growthcamp for Lawyers and Law Students

The above-mentioned courses shall be collectively hereinafter referred to as Growthcamps.

COURSES NOT AVAILABLE FOR REFUNDS

• One-on-One Mentorship Sessions
• CV/Cover Letter/SOP Review/Research Proposal Review
• LinkedIn Optimisation/Personal Branding For Law Students And Professionals
• Mental Health Sessions
• And all other programs not covered under Growthcamps mentioned earlier.

All Growthcamps (including but not limited to PPO, Holistic Development, Interview Growthcamp etc) have to be completed within 3 (three) months from the date of enrollment.

Certificate Courses have to be completed within 3 (three) months from the date of final recording uploaded by team YLCC.

The above-mentioned courses shall be collectively hereinafter referred to as Other Basic Programmes

CHARGEBACKS

If at any time, we record a decline, chargeback, reversal, payment dispute, risk of payment fraud or other rejection of a charge of any payable fees, this will be considered as a breach of your payment obligations hereunder, therefore you agree that YLCC may pursue all available lawful remedies in order to obtain payment, including but not limited to, immediate termination, without notice to you, of your Learning Management System Account (LMS Account).

ADJUSTMENT OF FEES

If at any time, a student(s) wants to upgrade to any Growthcamps after taking a One-on-One Mentorship Session or CV/Cover Letter Review, then YLCC shall adjust the fees as per its terms and conditions. 

Note: The upgradation from any basic program to Growthcamp would be applicable within 15 days of enrollment only under otherwise approved by YLCC.
