To optimize your time and resources, we refrain from forcing mentees to book multiple sessions unless extremely necessary. Instead, we furnish a comprehensive personalized questionnaire in advance, allowing you ample time for introspection and sharing pertinent information with your mentor. This approach ensures structured and effective discussion during your One-on-One session with the mentor.

Moreover, for our interview training, we provide the interview questions in advance. This enables us to work with you on a one-on-one basis, refining your responses, rather than offering generic feedback on mock interviews. This practice has consistently delivered outstanding success rates for YLCC Mentees in excelling during job interviews.

Currently, all our services are conducted in a virtual format. We exclusively provide virtual sessions and only consider in-person sessions when universities and colleges request group training.
